Long-time Roanne residents will tell you that when they’re in a nostalgic mood they’ll purchase a Praluline! This brioche with pralines – often imitated but never equalled – is the emblem of the Pralus patisserie.

François Pralus is best known as a master chocolatier and was declared the Best Chocolatier in Paris by the Gault Millau guide in 2009. For some time now he has been recognized as one of the leading practitioners in his field.

If you’ll be visiting us we recommend a stop at the Halles de Renaison, where you can take your pick of chocolates, Pralulines and other marvels. You can also find Pralus shops in Roanne, Paris and Annecy, as well as online.
